If the audio is tempo-synced, add one stamp where the tempo starts and nudge to ideal position if needed. That first stamp cannot be nudged once measures have been applied. If the audio is not tempo-synced, stamp the whole file before applying measures. During pre-roll verification, reliable synchronization requires the imported audio to begin where the musical timeline starts. Remove any pre-roll before importing.
